Canapé
- Muhammara . Red peppers, walnuts and cashew nuts dip with oregano flat breads
Starter
- Raviolone, smoked aubergine, pine nuts and mint. Tomato and green olives sauce
Main
- Potato tart, spicy beans, pickle onion and radish salad with romesco sauce
Dessert
- Raw vegan beetroot, cashew nuts and ginger cake, coconut foam and chocolate ice cream
