My garden is full of flowers and salads ready be picked for this supper club.

As usual we continue with our 4 course meal.

• Pickle mussels, fennel, carrot and onion
• Potato foam with cuttlefish and peas
• Free range chicken with prawns and sweet potato gratin
• Flower cake
