My garden is full of flowers and salads ready be picked for this supper club.
As usual we continue with our 4 course meal.
This time with few ideas from my recent trip to Beirut
MENU:
- Pickle mussels, fennel, carrot and onion
- Potato foam with cuttlefish and peas
- Free range chicken with prawns and sweet potato gratin
- Flower cake
