Danisupperclub is back and this time our gastronomic journey takes us to Central America, more specifically to Mexico.
Join the club and come try this menu based on Mexican cuisine.
The idea is simple, 16 lucky people will be able to enjoy several dishes based on some of the best-known dishes of Mexican cuisine, at a central table and where each one brings their drink and decides they want to share it with.
We liked the location so much the last time we repeated, Espai Boisá, is a cooking school located near Diagonal and Muntaner.
The event will take place on February 29, March 1 and 2 from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
We open doors at 8:00 p.m. but it is important that everyone is there at 8:30 p.m., so that we can start on time.
The menu is as follows:
Appetizer:
Michelada
Dishes:
Shrimp aguachile
Mushroom quesadillas
Pistachio green mole
Tongue tacos
Cochinita pibil
Dessert :
Pineapple tamales and pot coffee
The price of the menu is 38 Euros per person.
Remember that if you have any allergies or intolerance, you must contact me so I can adapt the menu to your needs.
I make everything, from the tortillas to the fermented chili sauces. The menu per se is not going to be spicy, everyone can add the spicy sauce they like the most, so that everyone can enjoy the food whether they like it spicy or not.
Oh, and if you can't eat gluten this is your menu too, the tortillas are made only with corn so there is no gluten in the entire menu.
