Chef Daniel Salvador
My name is Daniel Salvador and I am a cook. Cooking is my passion and it has been that way since I was 12 years old. I studied at the Escola Superior de Hosteleria i Turisme de Sant Pol de Mar (Barcelona) and then earned my living in some of the best kitchens in Spain for 11 years. In 2013 I became a private chef and since then I have been able to develop my passion without the limitations of a set menu. After working for 14 years in the United Kingdom, at the beginning of 2023 I returned to Spain. And installed between Barcelona and Valencia, I participate in projects throughout Spain and the United Kingdom.
In addition to being a chef, I am also a Stonebridge College Trained Nutritional Consultant and Fellow of the Royal Horticultural Society.

Our philosophy
Because I was born in Spain, my cooking is clearly influenced by Mediterranean flavours, but my years in London gave me the chance to draw influences from different cuisines from around the world.
If I have to choose one word for my clients and friends to express my cooking style, it's tasty.
I try to work with the best organic products and complement them with fresh herbs and flowers.
I have always been obsessed with trying to do everything myself, cheese, bread, pasta, tea?
So at your table you will find homemade breads and herbal teas collected from my own garden, for a relaxing cuppa at the end, a fantastic meal
