This summer's menu is inspired by my Spanish origins.
4 caps:
– Focaccia with feta, red onion, yellow cherry tomato and white anchovies
– Potato with chorizo and chimichurry sauce
– Monk fish with vegetables and black olive sauce.
– Strawberry gazpacho sorbet with smoked haddock
Main course on the grill:
– Home made pork, figs and sage sausage with caramelised red onion gravy and cauliflower puree
Dessert:
Peach and home-grown wild strawberries tatin with lemon verbena ice-cream.
